Additional, QR-code driven task formats:
While audio-only, talking pictures, and full video demonstration features are still included, a QR code-driven task format has been added for those who are new to technology and need instructions delivered in the simplest of formats. More intuitive user interface: The modern, “card layout” interface ensures a seamless and user-friendly experience, making it easier than ever to navigate daily responsibilities.

Accessibility for individuals without Wi-Fi connectivity:
MeMinder 4.0 seamlessly checks for WI-FI or cellular internet access, and then automatically downloads all the materials and schedules needed to prompt the individual for the next 7 days. This means that task prompting can happen at the precise time, even when the device is offline for extended periods.

New messaging feature for increased engagement:
Individuals can now receive personal messages from care providers and loved ones that seamlessly integrate into their daily schedules.

Task analysis can be daunting for any care provider or job coach. It can be particularly challenging and time-consuming if you are still working with instructional manuals and binders which once created, need to be continually updated.

MeMinder, CreateAbility’s robust task prompting app, offers three different resources for task storage and retrieval that keeps care providers and job coaches from having to “re-invent the wheel” each-and-every time they have a new individual to care for.

1.) Meminder Existing Task Library: There are a number of tasks and responsibilities we do every day. For these, CreateAbility has already done the work for you! Surf our library of over 200+ tasks that have already been developed to address tasks like personal hygiene, general chores, medication reminders, safety protocols, etc.

Existing tasks come in three different forms: audio-only, talking pictures, and full video demonstration so you can choose the format that best suits the individual served. Then, simply choose a task and move it over to the individual’s schedule and…wah-lah!

2.) Custom Tasks: For those times when an individual has unique or specific responsibilities, you can simply create your own task, name the task, put your phone or tablet up and record instructions for them. 3.) Private Library: There are many places of employment and community living spaces that are run the same across an organization. In these cases, you can establish a private repository for the entire organization to share tasks.
